We offer Flat Shipping Rates depending on the destination. Once your purchase has been completed an Order Confirmation will be sent to your email. All orders within Australia are sent with a Tracking number.

Once your order has been packed and handed over to Australia Post, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your delivery.

From that point onward, Australia Post is responsible for the parcel’s handling and delivery.

While we are not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery issues, we are always happy to assist where possible.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact Australia Post directly to lodge an investigation, as they are the only ones able to access shipment details and provide a resolution.

PLEASE NOTE all goods exported out of Australia may be liable for duties & taxes. Duties/taxes vary from country to country. Please check your countries import tax rules and regulations before purchasing as Mare To The Throne is not liable for any additional fees incurred outside of Australia.

If in the unlikely event you find a fault with a product you’ve purchased please contact us at info@maretothethrone.com . Depending on available stock at the time we will be happy to provide you with a replacement, alternatively if the same item is not available we will be happy to refund your product and any applicable shipping costs.

Please note any faulty product must be returned & shipping costs will be reimbursed to the customer.

Orders within Australia take between 2-7 business days. If you are located in a rural area, please be advised it can take a little longer.

Your order will be packed & posted within 24 hours of your purchase confirmation.
