Yes, we proudly offer worldwide shipping so customers around the globe can enjoy our products. Shipping rates and delivery timeframes vary depending on your location.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us at info@maretothethrone.com as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Once the item has been returned to us and the fault has been assessed and confirmed, we will gladly offer either a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Return shipping costs for approved faulty items will also be reimbursed.
Please note that all faulty item claims must be initiated and the product returned within 14 days of receipt, as outlined in our policy. Claims made outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours of being received (excluding weekends and public holidays).
For customers within Australia, delivery timeframes typically range between 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout (standard or express). Please note that deliveries to rural or remote areas may take slightly longer.
For international orders, both standard (economy) and express shipping options are available. Estimated delivery timeframes are approximately:
- 9–11 business days for standard international shipping
- 5–7 business days for express international shipping
Please keep in mind that once your order has left Australia, delivery times may be influenced by customs processing, local postal services, and other logistics factors outside of our control.
You will receive tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched so you can monitor its journey.

If your parcel is returned to us due to missed delivery attempts, failure to collect from your local postal outlet, incorrect address provided at checkout, or not responding to delivery notifications, this is considered outside of our control.
Once your order has been packed correctly, shipped within our stated timeframes, and tracking has been provided, we have fulfilled our obligations as the seller. Responsibility then transfers to the delivery carrier and the customer to ensure successful delivery or collection.
For parcels returned to us in these circumstances:
- Refunds will not be issued for the order or original shipping costs.
- We are happy to resend your order once it has safely arrived back with us.
- Reshipping costs will need to be paid prior to dispatch.
We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking updates and contacting the delivery carrier directly if you miss a delivery or need to arrange collection.
