Order Processing Time

All orders are packed and processed within 24 hours of being received on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). We do our best to prepare and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible so they can begin their journey to you without delay.

 

Shipping Partners & Options

We use Australia Post as our preferred shipping partner for both domestic and international orders.

The following shipping options are available at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Express Shipping

Shipping availability and pricing may vary depending on your location and the size or weight of your order.

 

Specialised Freight Requests

If you require specialised freight services through carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or other courier providers, please contact us directly before placing your order via email at info@maretothethrone.com. We are happy to discuss alternative shipping arrangements where possible.


Delivery Timeframes

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timeframes are provided as estimates only. Once your order has been handed over to a shipping carrier (local or international), delivery times are outside of our control and may be affected by factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

We appreciate your understanding and patience should delays occur.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery’s progress.

 

Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost (This excludes the U.SA).

Orders shipped to the United States are exempt from additional duties, taxes, and customs fees, as we use Zonos to manage and process all applicable import charges into the USA at the time of purchase. This ensures a smooth and transparent delivery experience for our US customers, with no unexpected fees upon arrival.

 

Returns & Return Shipping Costs

If you wish to return an item due to change of mind or incorrect sizing, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, whether the return is domestic or international.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

When returning an item, customers must ensure the product is securely and sufficiently packaged so it can safely make the journey back to us. Items that are damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

What happens if my parcel is returned to sender?

If your parcel is returned to us due to missed delivery attempts, failure to collect from your local postal outlet, incorrect address provided at checkout, or not responding to delivery notifications, this is considered outside of our control.

Once your order has been packed correctly, shipped within our stated timeframes, and tracking has been provided, we have fulfilled our obligations as the seller. Responsibility then transfers to the delivery carrier and the customer to ensure successful delivery or collection.

For parcels returned to us in these circumstances:

  • Refunds will not be issued for the order or original shipping costs.

  • We are happy to resend your order once it has safely arrived back with us.

  • Reshipping costs will need to be paid prior to dispatch.

We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking updates and contacting the delivery carrier directly if you miss a delivery or need to arrange collection.
